when it says spot eliminating, well, is this product meant to get rid of acne? (i have mild acne, little pimples on my cheeks and forehead, and a little bit of blackheads on my nose)

i've used it and it is effective.. to a point. i dont think it would be appropriate for acne, jst like one pimple at a time. it wasnt doing the trick for me though, so i ended up going to the doctor and got some prescription cream for acne, and my face feels sooo clean and fresh. i have like clear skin now. you can try the neutrogena stuf if you like, but if it doesnt work for you jst go to the doc and get some stuf that will be better suited to your particular needs =)
