Loreal.What's better?Loreal or Neutrogena mineral powders?
Baare Minerals tops both of those brands for sure.
It's more expensive, but you can get it on Ebay for cheap!
Great coverage, and less is more so it lasts longer, you dont need to use alot at all and you still get beautiful coverage.
Neutrogena's Mineral Sheers are one of my favorite mineral powders, along with Bare Minerals and Physician's Formula.
L'Oreal has the best brush I've ever seen attached, but the powder is too matte, cakey and masky for my taste.
