If you want it really to foam I've got some tips. You get the cleansing pad and put a drop of water and then rub it with your fingers for 2 seconds. Then you connect it and then make put it under the tap (not on full blast) and maybe just wet it for a 1 second. and now you're ready to go! there is no set measurement of water, just do whatever you feel is right or however you feel like. :)How much water should i put on my neutrogena wave cleansing pad to make it foam???????????
just wet the pad all the way.

The foam in the commercial is fake.
you put the pad on then just put it under the water and wait till its all soaked its not that hard
