Do you have the neutrogena wave?

i have the wave, and i dont know why the soap doesnt go on my face like it does in the commericals and on the box, i wet it and start it but idk. does it work for you?


also i have a pink one does the color matter?Do you have the neutrogena wave?
you dont need it to foam up like it does in the commercial. its better to use it without all that foam anyways

the soap didn't really work that well for me at first either, but then I decided to run it under water again. It turns out, you have to hold it there till the soap starts foaming out of the machine while still under water, then use it, it should work better. I have the pink one too, don't think the color matters though.
i have the wave it'z a great product it really does make ur skin soft and smooth depending on what type of skin u have! sumone who has really sensitive skin shouldnt use it! the neutrogena wave might not look exactly as it does in the commercial they make it look like that to look good 2 the public! I'll admit thought that the refill padz r really hard 2 find and it doesnt really get rid of zits it basically juz makez ur skin really soft and smooth

you have to run it under warm tap water for about 5 seconds, and make sure there are batteries in it! there is a button that you are supposed to press..... if it still doesnt work take it back :)
