Neutrogena T/Gel and Head and Shoulders won't work?

I've used Neutrogena T/Gel to get rid of dandruff, never worked, then Head and Shoulders, won't work either... any suggestions?Neutrogena T/Gel and Head and Shoulders won't work?

Dandruff and dry scalp are two different problems.Dandruff shampoo can actually make dry scalp problems worse.Natural oils and herbal extracts can treat your dry hair and scalp. Massage olive oil, jojoba oil, or tea tree oil (to name just a few) into your scalp, then wrap your head in a damp towel for half an hour before washing the oil treatment out.
redken dandruff or neostrata dandruff shampoo... the neostrata would probably work better for you then!
