Pretty much what is happening is the neutrogena is cleaning out your pores, which brings the dirt up again causing you to break out. Also, it's a chance for your skin so something new will cause a reaction, maybe try using a lighter kind not 'deep cleaning'. If you keep on using it it will work in a few weeks.I used deep clean neutrogena and then i got six pimples on my nose the next day what happened?

i use the exact same stuff! i abs. love it! and yes what shannon said was right. its just getting rid of the things below your skin, but if the pimples keep comming back after many uses, then id switch to a different kind of facial cleaner. i hope i helped!
It's clearing the skin. It's getting rid of the stuff from in the skin. The pimples will go away if you keep using it. It will keep the skin clean.
